About Us
Who We Are
We were formed in early 2001 by Daryn Dodge who had gained extensive business experience in the previous 25 years.
This had included a number of senior roles in the corporate world including Programme Manager at British Telecom and Head of Europe for an American solutions provider.
He was driven by the desire to provide the expertise and excellence to business that he had often found difficult to source.
We joined the Auditel network in mid 2001. Auditel are the leading Cost Management service in the UK with over 200 consultants.
Where We Are Now?
After 13 years of being based in East Anglia, Daryn relocated the Head Office and the main operation to Cornwall in 2014.
We have retained a satellite office in Essex and continue to service clients across the UK.

How We Work
We deliver solutions and expertise to our clients that are completely self-financing. Our fees are results-based, and we retain responsibility for Quality of Service which means that the work we undertake is very low risk for our clients.
We work with specialist trusted partners to ensure the most appropriate expertise is engaged.
We continue to be a key member of the Auditel network which delivers the majority of solutions to our clients. Further information can be found here.
We do work with other partners where appropriate, particularly where there is a need to introduce local based services.
